Caroline Stanton, M.S., Ed.S.
Caroline Stanton received both her Master’s and Specialist’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University in May 2025. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She completed her counselor education training at Mosaic Psychological Services and is currently pursuing full licensure under the supervision of Carrie Milhous, LPC. Caroline is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering personal growth and long-term well-being. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, identity challenges, self-esteem concerns, and relational difficulties. She employs an integrative approach to treatment, incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, acceptance-based interventions, multicultural frameworks, and humanistic modalities.
