Arizona Chin, Ph.D., completed her doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at Florida State University
in Tallahassee. She joins Mosaic Psychological Services for her postdoctoral residency following completion
of her APA-accredited internship at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Dr. Chin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
from Northeastern State University.
Dr. Chin utilizes an integrative approach that emphasizes authenticity through humanistic, multicultural,
and strengths-based therapeutic perspectives. She believes that both client and therapist bring rich cultural
and experiential knowledge into the therapeutic space, which can meaningfully support the healing process.
In a rapidly changing world, Dr. Chin recognizes the enduring importance of collaboration, compassion,
connection, and meaning-making. She strives to empower clients to live authentically and provides a safe,
supportive space for exploring identity, growth, and personal direction.
Dr. Chin encourages clients to embrace both the beauty and complexity of the human experience, fostering
insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
