Mandy B. Mullen, LCSW, CPTT, CSAT-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, with extensive experience providing trauma-informed, relationally focused mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and her Master of Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida.
Ms. Mullen is a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) and specializes in working with partners and spouses impacted by sexual addiction and compulsive sexual behaviors. Her work focuses on addressing the profound emotional, psychological, and relational effects of betrayal trauma, including trauma symptoms, attachment injury, and loss of safety and trust. She provides trauma-informed support that honors the partner’s experience while facilitating stabilization, healing, and empowered decision-making.
Ms. Mullen is currently a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist candidate (CSAT-C) and is actively working toward full certification. Her training equips her to support individuals struggling with sexual addiction and compulsive sexual behaviors, while maintaining a strong commitment to accountability, relational repair, and ethical, systems-based treatment.
Ms. Mullen is trained and certified in multiple evidence-based trauma modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level One, which she integrates thoughtfully to meet each client’s unique clinical needs. Her clinical approach is grounded in attachment theory and neuroscience, emphasizing nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and the restoration of trust within individuals and families. She integrates faith and spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process when desired, recognizing spirituality as a vital source of meaning, resilience, and healing. Her approach to faith integration is ethically grounded, clinically informed, and client-directed.
Ms. Mullen serves as the System of Care Director at Mosaic Psychological Services, where she ensures high clinical standards, continuity of care, and a compassionate, client-centered treatment experience. She is committed to ethical practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
