Expert testimony may be requested in criminal, civil, family law, clergy, licensing, and professional review matters. Testimony is supported by thorough documentation, standardized assessment methods, and clear professional opinions based on psychological evidence.

Consultation may also be available for attorneys seeking case review, psychological interpretation of records, or guidance regarding mental health concerns relevant to litigation.

What to Expect

The forensic process typically begins with consultation regarding the referral question, followed by record review, interviews, psychological testing when appropriate, formal written reporting, and testimony if needed.
