Our clinical team provides specialized forensic assessment and expert witness services grounded in extensive clinical experience, psychological testing expertise, and ethical forensic practice. Services are provided with objectivity, clarity, and careful attention to legal standards.
Forensic work differs from traditional therapy by focusing on evaluation, documentation, consultation, and testimony related to legal, professional, and court-related matters.

Court-ordered psychological evaluations may be completed with a copy of the official court order. These evaluations are considered forensic services and are completed on a private pay basis.

Parenting & Custody Evaluations
Assessment of parenting capacity, family systems, and recommendations regarding child welfare and family functioning.
Substance Abuse & Behavioral Assessments
Clinical review of behavioral health concerns, treatment needs, and court-related recommendations.
Expert Witness Testimony
Professional testimony for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings with clear and defensible psychological findings.
Psychologist Testifying Services
Forensic Service Fees:
Travel, preparation, testimony, consultation, court wait time, and related forensic services are billed at $350 per hour.
Expert testimony may be requested in criminal, civil, family law, clergy, licensing, and professional review matters. Testimony is supported by thorough documentation, standardized assessment methods, and clear professional opinions based on psychological evidence.
Consultation may also be available for attorneys seeking case review, psychological interpretation of records, or guidance regarding mental health concerns relevant to litigation.
What to Expect
The forensic process typically begins with consultation regarding the referral question, followed by record review, interviews, psychological testing when appropriate, formal written reporting, and testimony if needed.
Each case is unique, and services are tailored to the scope of the legal matter while maintaining professional neutrality and ethical standards.
